About the event
We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, inviting mindfulness, gratitude, and reflection as we set intentions for the season ahead. From there, you’ll be guided through the traditional Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), learning the purpose, breath, and alignment of each movement while embodying the radiant energy of the sun.
This practice is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner light, and step into summer feeling grounded, energized, and inspired. All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is needed. Bring an open heart and a willingness to reset, recharge, and shine. ☀️🍫🧘♀️✨
