About the event
Join Rosey & myself in a gentle reset as we honor the Spring Equinox. As the world enters what is often considered a phase of new beginnings, we will slow down and reset in preparation.
We will begin with a Cacao Ritual, a heart-opening practice to foster gratitude, meditation, and emotional release. We will then move into a restorative Yin Yoga practice paired with Reiki to prepare for the closing Sound Bath.
